Tinhy’s Steel Plastic Composite Geogrids are made of strong tenacity steel coated with high-density polyethylene by means of ultrasonic welding skills. At the same time, our Steel Plastic Geogrid can be used as qualified reinforcement materials because of its exclusive features of excellent durability, better tenacity, and marvelous loading capacity.
Spreading the upper part of base loads works well for Steel Plastic Geogrids to absorb the energy that comes from many natural disasters. All in all, our geogrid can widely be applied in the reinforcement projects of many construction fields, including retaining walls, slopes, roads, railways, highways, and bridges because of its excellent anti-corrosive ability.
Used in soil stabilization and reinforcement applications, Steel Plastic Geogrids are usually applied in improving the performance of weak foundations.The bearing capacity of the foundation can be increased by distributing dynamic loads over wide areas. What’s more, Tinhy’s Steel Plastic Geogrids work effectively in subgrade reinforcing projects. The aperture in the geogrid are able to interact with foundation materials preventing its lateral dispersion.
Our Steel Plastic Geogrids are produced with top grades of polypropylene or co-polymers that can bear high, short-term dynamic loads or moderate loads over much longer periods. The above-mentioned geogrids have higher strength values across the roll and can be desirable when the traffic travels towards the roll direction. Meanwhile, these geogrids get similar strength in both directions, which can well fit the random traffic.
