I. Activity Overview
To comprehensively summarize the work achievements in the first half of the year, clarify the development direction for the second half of the year, and simultaneously enhance team cohesion and collaboration capabilities, the company organized a mid – year summary and team – building activity from July 12th to July 13th. This two – day activity adopted an innovative model of “summary + team – building”, which not only ensured the rigor of work progress but also achieved the fun of team integration. The satisfaction rate among participating employees reached 98%.
II. Activity Schedule and Content
(I) Day 1: Parallel Progress of Summary and Team – Building
Morning:
Marketing Center Meeting: The marketing center focused on reviewing the performance in the first half of the year and decomposing the goals for the second half of the year. In – depth discussions were held around core issues such as market expansion and customer maintenance, resulting in the formation of the “Marketing Strategy Optimization Plan”.
Team – Building for Other Departments: Under the guidance of a professional coach, employees from other departments participated in activities such as “Acting to Guess Idioms” and “Writing on the Back to Convey Information”. Through physical collaboration, barriers between departments were quickly broken down.
Afternoon:
Continued Marketing Center Meeting: The marketing center continued its meeting and conducted brainstorming sessions on issues such as new product promotion and channel optimization, ultimately determining three key directions for breakthroughs.
Deepened Team – Building for Other Departments: Other departments carried out activities like “Dance Choreography Performance” and “Mutual Massage” to strengthen cross – departmental communication and problem – solving abilities.
Evening:
Lakeside Bonfire Party: All employees gathered around the lake, getting closer through talent shows and fun games. During the event, a collective birthday party was held for employees born in the second quarter. Candles were lit, and the birthday song was sung together, creating a warm and touching atmosphere.
Self – Service Barbecue: Employees worked in groups to prepare and grill food, enhancing emotional exchanges amidst the smoke and fire.
(II) Day 2: Team – Building for All Employees and Honor Ceremony
All Day:
Team – Melting Projects: All employees participated in highly interactive activities such as “Movie Mogul” and “Command Jumping”. Through tactical cooperation and physical challenges, they cultivated strategic thinking and team resilience.
Marketing Center Award Ceremony: The marketing center presented five types of awards, including the “Best Sales Award” and the “Innovation Breakthrough Award”, to outstanding teams and individuals in the first half of the year, encouraging all employees to learn from the advanced and strive for excellence.
III. Activity Effects
Strengthened Goal Consensus: The marketing center clarified three core tasks for the second half of the year, namely “Acceleration, Breakthrough, and Competing for the Industry Summit” through the meeting. Other departments deepened their understanding of business goals through team – building activities.
Improved Collaboration Efficiency: In cross – departmental project collaborations, the information transmission efficiency increased by 95%, and the problem – solving cycle was shortened by 88%.
